Audit and Accounts Senior
We are recruiting for an Audit and Accounts Senior to work within our Bromley office, to assist the partners and managers in delivery of statutory audit and accounts preparation services, and to manage and allocate work to audit trainees.
The Audit and Accounts Senior duties will be:
- Planning and delivery of audit/accounts assignments
- Supervise junior staff during the audit and review their work
- Deliver the audit file to the assignment manager in timely manner
- Manage client communication in effective manner
- Coach other staff for improved performance and technical development
- Mentor audit and accounts trainees
Experience
- Experience of private company audits: planning, budget preparation, identifying key risks, developing an audit plan, executing the audit on site
- Knowledge of and experience of current auditing standards and approaches: analytical review, documenting systems and controls, sampling techniques
- Significant prior experience of statutory company accounts preparation under UK GAAP, and also charities

Tax Manager
We are recruiting for a Tax Manager to join our busy Bromley office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of tax in public practice, who has completed or is studying towards a professional qualification.
The Tax Manager duties will be:
- Preparing personal tax returns for a variety of individuals.
- Reviewing Corporation Tax computations.
- Liaise with clients to request records and clarify tax matters.
- Providing advisory services which include tax planning.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate working papers and documentation.
- Monitor deadlines and manage your workload effectively.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a tax or mixed accounts and tax role.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
- Experience in a UK practice.
